I’ve been working my way through the WPATH Files with the goal in mind to write a post about it, condensing and highlighting the most, well I don’t want to say shocking because who among us is shocked anymore by this crazy bullshit, but to highlight the bits and bobs that would slap woke sheep zombies in their dumb faces to say see? See what’s been going on all along? They’re using tilapia skin to make fake vaginas for boys who were on puberty blockers so long their penises never developed. Oh and by the way they’ll never orgasm, which is probably for the best because the ones who do orgasm, the ones who went through puberty and then went on estrogen, well the word on WPATH Street is that their erections feel like broken glass. And the doctors don’t know what to do about any of it, so they offer the best remedy they can think of, which is to amputate the penis. Because, Gender Affirming Care, you bigot.
But we’ll get to all that and more later.
Because I just finished binge-watching Quiet on the Set on HBO Max, about what Nickelodeon child actors went through under the production “supervision” of Dan Schneider, who incidentally I saw in person in 1987 when the cast of Head of the Class came to Chicago for a Just Say No tour. Crazy world. Nancy Reagan. Those were the days.
Okay so fast forward to 2000, and Nickelodeon star Drake Bell is being groomed by a douchebag named Brian Peck, who maybe if his last name had been changed wouldn’t have become a child molester?
Peck is a “dialogue coach,” an “acting coach,” and whatever convenient kind of child helper he can be, and he takes a shine to Drake, who is fourteen when they first meet. They initially bond over their shared love of old Hollywood, which looking back, Drake guesses was calculated, maybe in the same way that, omg you love glitter and rainbows and jewelry and makeup? Me too! says the grown man to the twelve year old girl.
We get Drake’s father’s take, as he is interviewed extensively for the show and it’s heart wrenching to watch, and very similar to what ROGD moms go through when they lose their daughters to gender ideology, right down to the homophobia accusations.
Drake’s dad Joe Bell says a number of things that line up with being gaslit and manipulated by people who intend to harm your children. Parents on the set, for instance, are largely seen and not heard. How convenient for abusers. Reminds me of Shut up TERF. Reminds me of, you’re not allowed to speak on this issue if you don’t have “lived experience.”
Soon he starts seeing Brian Peck hanging around Drake a little too much, “and it didn’t set well with me,” he says.
Joe catches a clip of the video at the top of this post, of Pecker with Leo DiCaprio, where Peck takes the opportunity to caress teenage Leo’s arm in an overtly inappropriate and creepy way and says, “That’s the kind of behavior I saw him with my son. Same frickin’ behavior.”
He continues:
So Joe says okay, but he’s still uncomfortable like any caring parent would be, and he starts speaking about it to other production staff, being very much the opposite of “quiet on the set,” and is soon ostracized. In today’s parlance, he is #canceled.
He backs off, the same way many parents do when they are afraid of losing their sons and daughters to the trans cult. Parents of gender-indoctrinated kids know that if they push too hard for their children to desist it may propel them deeper into the ideology, yet to provide no guardrails risks the same nightmarish outcome.
Soon Drake gets his own show, and that’s when Pecker strategizes to separate Drake from his dad.
Drake says,
My dad started making it very difficult for Brian to be around me. I think Brian got a sense that my dad was on the watch. And so he started to really drive a wedge between my dad and me.
A similar wedge is driven when your daughter's school changes her name and pronouns behind your back in the interest of a child’s privacy against the abuse the school administrators believe would absolutely definitely happen at home if the parents knew about their child’s “trans” identity, because we live in a trans-fictional Jim Crow era.
Brian tells Drake his dad is stealing money from him. He isn’t. He tells Drake that no one likes his dad being on set. Sounds like a them problem. He manipulates Drake to believe his career is in jeopardy if his dad remains an integral part of Drake’s life. And Drake believes Brian because Brian is an authority, a Hollywood pro, an expert. He must know more than us, Drake thinks.
Some might argue that grooming children toward “gender affirmative care” is worse than predatory child sexual abuse on a Hollywood set for the sheer number of established institutions that enable it, and for the bodily mutilation (yes, mutilation) and sterilization it facilitates on a grand scale. But that’s not what this post is about. This post aims simply to point out the very many parallels between the two child abuses, one that the public universally condemns and the other that the Democrat half of America keeps voting for.
Peck insists on hosting Drake’s fifteenth birthday party at his house, which sounds like love-bombing. Joe does not like this one bit, but gets steamrolled. Peck’s friends give Drake a bunch of inappropriate adult birthday cards. Introducing kids to this type of content is a well-established way to groom children into being amenable to sexual relations with adults. And yes it does remind me of #bannedbooks like Gender Queer.
Drake goes on to say, “It was like an army against my dad.”
Submitting to Peck’s “expertise,” Drake eventually fires his dad from his managerial role. And in the interest of securing his son’s success, with his heart broken, Joe slips out of Drake’s life. But not without first warning his ex-wife, who would now handle her son’s business affairs, to never allow Drake and Brian Peck to be together unsupervised.
But Joe and his ex had a tumultuous relationship. And she was easily tricked, which soon results in an unsupervised trip for Drake, Peck and Peck’s odious friends to—can you guess? Disneyland.
Drake’s mom also, it turns out, doesn’t like to drive. So guess who starts taking Drake to his auditions? Because Drake is still fifteen at this point and doesn’t have a license. And that is how he comes to wake up one morning on Peck’s sofa in the midst of being raped. Thanks Mom.
It goes on for six months.
Later on, Drake’s girlfriend’s mother realizes what is happening. Finally, Peck is arrested and convicted, and 41 celebrities write letters to the court defending Brian Peck. In the arena of trans ideology it’s like bashing someone who dares to say that biological sex is real.
In 2004, Brian Peck is sentenced to 16 months in jail.
How long should he have gotten? How long should the pediatricians, surgeons, endocrinologists, therapists, teachers, school administrators, government officials and Munchausen parents get?
Or should we offer them some reciprocal “care?”
💉
P.S. How many parallels do you count? Did I miss any? Let’s talk in the comments!
Fabulous reporting.
All it takes for progressives to turn a blind eye to child abuse is a hefty dose of virtue signalling and the fear of sounding like a conservative. Heaven forbid we remove queer pornography from the school library. That's fascistic book banning. Heaven forbid we keep kids away from adult gay male sexuality at drag-queen story hour. That's homophobic.
The ubiquity of pedophilia underlying queer theory has shocked me, and I'm hard to shock. I thought I understood everything about this topic but I was wrong.
I want to watch that! I'll have to add it to my list of things to watch the next time they have a free HBO, I mean Max, weekend. Corey Feldman has been trying to sound the alarm on the child abuse in Hollywood forever, and has been treated horribly. Todd Bridges has a book where he describes a lot of this stuff too. Yep, a lot of parallels to what's going on today--gosh, I wonder why Hollywood is so gung-ho about TQ?!? Fame and money turns people into spineless monsters.
