Another great post to bookmark and show not just to kids like Miss Miller, but to anyone advocating for ‘gender affirming care’. The photos are so gruesome, but important for people to see. If any TRA says they can’t look at these, then they shouldn’t be screaming in favor of GAC.

You have always had my respect (since I stumbled across your stack), but even more so now, as you have completed one of the most selfless, but difficult parts of this journey you are both on.
Give her this letter, it is your duty to do so as a good and loving mother. It's the milk you gave her as an infant; it's the kiss you gave her the first time you allowed her to venture off on her own; it's the hug on her first day of school and this is the only armor you can give her, as she ventures out into the world of wolves. This mother's milk is much more bitter, but just as needed by her and as before, she won't realize it, till much later.
The race is half over and you've done well. I pray the next half will be short and much easier and that God opens her eyes, softens her heart and brings guidance, wisdom and protection when she needs it.
You are an amazing woman and mother Mrs. M! I'm honored to have been able to read your stories.
The graphic photos are fine, it's the photos of her at 10 years old that's more likely to drive her batshit. "I'M NOT A KID ANYMORE FFS WOULD YOU STOP SEEING AND THINKING OF ME THAT WAY", etc.
